Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted via email. A 95% refund is available if requested at least 72 hours prior to your encounter. Requests made between 72 and 48 hours will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Most encounters take place rain or shine, except for horse, pony & camel rides. Should our farm need to cancel for any reason, guests will receive a full 100% refund.

A Note on Sloth Interaction:
For the health, and well-being of our beloved sloth, and other encounters, they engage with us and our guests on their own terms. We don’t impose any expectations on their behavior, allowing them to interact freely as they choose. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitute one sloth for another when available without requiring a cancellation or refund.

Under Arkansas law, we remind you that there is no liability for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the inherent risks associated with Agritourism Activities at this location & events. Participants assume the risks, which could include injuries related to land, equipment, animals, or their own actions.
